Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.25 micrograms

Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 17.6 micrograms

Contains milk, sulfites and soya bean products. Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if seal on cap is missing, torn or broken. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. DIRECTIONS

Adolescents 12 - 18 years

take 2-3 capsules daily.

Adults 19 - 50 years
