The supplied wine information describes hand-picked grapes, wild fermentation with 15% whole bunches, and 11 months in 4,500 litre French oak vessels. Unfined and unfiltered. Tasting notes include Black Doris plum, cherry and wild berries with forest floor, tobacco and savoury nuances, supported by fine tannins.
