The supplied information lists, per prepared 250 mL serving: protein 8.5 g, calcium 286 mg, iron 2.4 mg, zinc 3 mg, vitamin A 75 micrograms, vitamin C 4 mg, vitamin D 1 microgram and Bifidobacterium lactis DR10 probiotics 5 billion CFU. Preparation: mix approximately 35 g (about three tablespoons) of powder with 220 mL safe drinking water. Serve cold or warm; keep the temperature below 45°C to help preserve the probiotics.
